The MFR use power supply from a standard wall outlet and can be placed on a table or mounted on the wall.
When receiver gets a signal from the Detector one of 4 different tones(beep,wind-bell, plink, clarino) will sound for about 8 seconds. There is also a volume control (figure1-4) so you can set the sound to the desired level.the receiver is also equipped with 4 form “c” relays(one for each zone) and one 14 VDC output terminal that can activate when a signal is received (figure1-3).
The receiver can be user porgrammed so the 14VDC terminal and
relays will activate for 1 second,10 seconds, 60 seconds or 5
minutes.the tones will sound for several seconds.
Note 1: for maximum range between the Detector and receiver, the
receiver should be mounted horizontally on a wall and as high off
the floor as possible.
Although the maximum range is about 300-800 meters(depend on detector model), things such as hills ,trees, metal siding and stucco can all reduce the range.
